Please note that shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. All shipping requires up to one day of processing prior to being shipped from our warehouse.

REVOLUTTI offers free standard shipping for all orders over $39.99*. If you do not meet the expenditure threshold, please choose one of these shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard shipping (5-7 business days) $5.95
  • Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) $8.95


Delivery Conditions

  • Once your order has been placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number, your shipping address and order summary. Please keep this e-mail for your records – it contains your order number. 
  • If any items in your order become out of stock, we will immediately notify you via email and present you with the best available options. 
  • The delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order.
  • Some of our products may be delivered in separate packages. If you don’t receive your entire order in one delivery, rest assured that the missing items will be delivered soon.
  • If you would like to track your order, you will need to contact us via email at support@revolutti.com or using the Live Chat on our website, and we’ll give you the tracking number for your order.
  • Expedited Shipping options are not available for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping times during Christmas period, New Years Eve (10th December- 4th January) or any other National Holidays. We are sorry for any delays and we thank you for your understanding.

Returns

All our REVOLUTTI products undergo serious testing and every single product is carefully selected before it reaches you. If, however, you received an unlucky product that has issues rest assured we’ve got you covered with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return you simply have to provide the proof of purchase and send back your item in its original packaging.

 

Exchanges

  • All REVOLUTTI products are fulfilled automatically once you submit the orders online. If, however, you have ordered the wrong color rest assured all Exchanges are FREE of charge.
  • You are eligible for an exchange within 30-days after the date of purchase. Acceptable reason for the exchange is ordering a Wrong Color for frames or lenses.
 

Returns and Refunds

  • For Returns and Refunds, all you have to do is to inform us about the issue the product has and to send the product back to us.
  • We’ll refund your full purchase. Shipping Rates will apply.
